Get in Shape for your Wedding or Boudoir Session! (or just because)

A good friend of mine is a fantastic personal trainer, and I want to share him with you all! He has been training me for a while now and I'm pretty sure I would be at a loss without him! He has agreed to set up a promotional package just for my clients and I'm so excited to send him your way.

These introductory packages are available until the end of the year. So, act quickly!

Outdoor/In-home Workout - $200 for one month
Free fitness assessment. Two one-hour sessions per week for four weeks at Town Lake/Lady Bird Lake or your home (in the Austin area). These work outs will consist of cardio, stability and core exercises, weight training, and improving flexibility.

Private Studio Training - $400 for one month
Free fitness assessment. Two one-hour sessions per week for four weeks at a private studio in Austin, and, a custom workout plan for days you're on your own. This package will offer you a more intense and customized workout with a wider range of equipment and exercises. This is a perfect package for those who want to take their fitness to a new level!

Aaron is a police officer, along with several of his groomsmen (glad to know I have a few on my side). Apparently, this is how the SWAT team lines up right before they take someone out. Yeah... they were all looking at me. Yeah... I was a little nervous.

The ceremony and reception were held at Kindred Oaks. The day could not have been more perfect!

Sarah's uncle dazzled us with a few songs on the bagpipes. I'm always so impressed by that instrument...

They are married!!

These ladies were real troopers. I made them stand on soggy ground while wearing 3-4 inch heels... but we got the shot!! Yay! Thanks again girls!
