Another New Site Coming

I am in the process of putting together another new site for portraits. For all you who have been asking, yes, I do portraits as well. Families, children, even pets! So, if you're interested in scheduling a portrait session... let me know and we can make it happen!

I'm also going to start offering boudoir sessions in the next few months. I will keep you all posted on this progress.

Happy Valentine's Day

Great Makeup!

The past two weddings I photographed were fantastic and the brides were absolutely beautiful. Now, most of this was due to their absolute natural beauty shining through, but they did have an excellent make up artist up their sleeves. Katie Astoria with Modern Muse Makeup Artistry made these brides glow! And, what's even better... the makeup lasted ALL NIGHT! As a photographer, that is something that is so important to me (it definitely makes touch-ups/editing a lot easier!). Pink Salon... Great Hair for Brides!

Ladies... this one's for you. If you are unsure about where to get your hair done for your special day, go to Pink Salon on South Congress. They really are ultimate rock stars with up-do styles, hair extensions, and much more! (I don't trust anyone else to touch my hair...) They have a Wedding Hair Package that includes one practice session and the wedding day style for $285-$600 (depending on your stylist). It's a great idea if you want to test your hair out for your bridal portraits! And, if you can't decide on a hair style, they allow you additional practice sessions for only $60. Even the moms and bridesmaids can come get all dolled up! Hair arranging in the salon runs between $60-$80.

If you need someone to do your make-up, they also offer that for $100. Talk about your one-stop-shop!
